Streaks that respect rest
Rest is training. Define your weekly target and recovery days count as kept, not broken. No guilt-tripping over a deload week.
Workout streak tracker
Motivation is unreliable. Streaks aren't. PaceStreak makes consistency the number you actually chase — log the session, keep the run alive, watch a year of work fill in one square at a time.
Free while in beta · Lifting, running, cycling, climbing — anything you can repeat.

How it works
Lift, run, ride, climb. Pick the type, tap done. Detail is optional — the point is that it took ten seconds, so you'll actually do it on the bad days.
Set your own week — three days, five, six. PaceStreak counts against your target, so a planned rest day never costs you the run you've built.
Six months of squares is a harder thing to abandon than a to-do list. The grid is the receipt, and it's the reason you go on a Tuesday in February.
Features
Rest is training. Define your weekly target and recovery days count as kept, not broken. No guilt-tripping over a deload week.
Volume, frequency and PRs over months — not a single session's numbers. See the trend line that actually predicts results.
The fastest log wins. Anything that takes longer gets skipped when you're tired, and skipped logs kill streaks.
Barbell, trail, tarmac or wall. One streak across everything, or separate chains per discipline — your call.
Full JSON and CSV export from day one. It's your training history; you should be able to walk out with it.
Gym basements have terrible signal. Log offline, it syncs when you're back above ground.
PaceStreak is in early development. Follow the build, or put your name down and we'll email you once when it opens — nothing else.
No account, no tracking, no newsletter you didn't ask for.
FAQ
It is, if it's built badly. That's why the streak counts against a target you set, rest days count as kept, and you can repair a missed day once a month. The goal is showing up over a year, not a perfect record you abandon in week three.
No. A session counts with one tap. Detail is there when you want it — for PRs and volume trends — but it is never required to keep the chain.
Free during the beta. The plan afterwards is a free tier that keeps working and a paid tier for deeper history and analysis. Your data stays exportable either way.
It's early. This page is the honest state of things: the product is being built in the open, and early access goes out in batches rather than all at once.
